Marstal After the ships sailed away
This is a personal project, I shot during a vacation in Aero, Denmark. The City of Marstal used to be one of the major trade harbors in the era of wooden sailships. With upcoming steam ships the importance as shipyard and harbor disappeared and the whole island fell into a long sleep.
